Selenium

Y'all! Check out THIS POST from Amber Katz at Beauty Blogging Junkie about a supplement to help hair growth! She started taking selenium supplements and her hair grew 3-4 inches since August. What!? That's awesome!

I'm trying this. The supplements I have tried in the past (i.e. fish oil which is supposed to be good for hair, skin, and nails) made my skin FREAK THE F OUT. So. I will let you know how it goes for me!

She who can do no wrong

Y'all know about my Reese Witherspoon girl-crush, right? It's bordering on fanatic these days...and half the time it's not even anything to do with her MOVIES. Ugh she's just so dang fashionable and cute. I hope when I'm a mom of two I look like this. Thanks to Frugal Fashionista though, I can at least have her outfit. I basically have this whole outfit minus the army green jacket. I would have never thought to put the olive with the orange, but it looks good. CLICK HERE to get to their page. Things I'm glad I purchased

So. I have been wanting a trench for quite some time, and finally this season I found one, at Old Navy no less.

And let me tell you. This trench has popped up in my Lucky mag, my Allure blog, the Wardrobe diaries blog, Frugal Fashionista blog, and a few other places. Not too shabby for an Old Navy $49 trench!

Here is the link: OLD NAVY. I got a small because Old Navy stuff tends to run bigger. I also used retailmenot.com to get coupons, and got the coat for $33 instead of $50.

Anyway. I know it's not beauty, but I was so pleased that something so affordable has popped up in so many places! :)
